Our booking conditions are designed to provide clarity and protection for both you and Perfect Piste. We understand that booking a luxury ski holiday is a significant investment, and these terms ensure a transparent and secure booking process.

1. Your Holiday Contract

When you make a booking with Perfect Piste, you guarantee that you have the authority to accept and do accept on behalf of your party the terms of these booking conditions. By confirming your booking, you accept that a contract will exist between you and Perfect Piste Limited.

This contract is governed by English Law, and any disputes will be dealt with in the courts of England and Wales. Your contract will be confirmed upon receipt of your booking confirmation.

2. Financial Protection

Perfect Piste is committed to protecting your financial investment. All bookings are protected under our comprehensive financial protection scheme, ensuring your money is secure from the moment you book until you return home.

We maintain appropriate insurance and bonding to protect customer deposits and payments. In the unlikely event of our financial failure, you will be protected for the full amount of your booking.

3. Holiday Pricing and Payment

Deposits: A deposit may be required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. The deposit amount will be clearly communicated during the booking process.

Final Payment: The balance of your holiday cost must be paid at least 8 weeks before your departure date. For bookings made within 8 weeks of departure, full payment is required at the time of booking.

Currency: All prices are quoted in the currency specified at the time of booking. Prices may be subject to currency fluctuations and local taxes.

4. Travel Insurance

It is a condition of booking that you and your party obtain comprehensive travel insurance from a reputable provider. Your insurance must include:

  • Emergency medical expenses and repatriation
  • Trip cancellation and curtailment coverage
  • Personal liability protection
  • Winter sports coverage including skiing and snowboarding
  • Coverage for the full duration of your trip

Perfect Piste will not be liable for any costs incurred due to your failure to obtain adequate travel insurance.

5. Changes to Your Booking

If you wish to change your booking after confirmation, we will do our best to accommodate your request, though changes may not always be possible. Any change requests must be made in writing and may incur:

  • An administration fee of £100 per person per change
  • Any additional costs imposed by suppliers
  • Potential cancellation charges for non-amendable bookings

6. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your booking at any time by providing written notice. Cancellation charges will apply as follows:

60-31 days 50% of total cost
30-15 days 75% of total cost
14 days or less 100% of total cost

If your cancellation is covered by your travel insurance, you may be able to reclaim these charges from your insurance provider.

7. Changes Made by Perfect Piste

While we plan arrangements well in advance, occasionally we may need to make changes to your booking. We will notify you as soon as possible of any changes.

Minor Changes: Include changes to flight times of less than 12 hours, changes to accommodation of similar standard, or minor itinerary adjustments.

Major Changes: Include significant changes to departure times, destination, or accommodation standard. For major changes, we will offer alternative arrangements or a full refund plus compensation where applicable.

8. Our Liability

Perfect Piste accepts responsibility for ensuring your travel arrangements are supplied as described. If any part of your holiday is not provided as promised due to our fault, we will pay appropriate compensation.

Our liability is limited to a maximum of twice your holiday cost, except in cases of death or personal injury caused by our negligence, where our liability is unlimited.

We are not liable for any loss or damage caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to weather conditions, natural disasters, strikes, or government actions.

9. Health, Safety and Documentation

Passport and Visa Requirements: You are responsible for ensuring all members of your party have valid passports and any required visas for your destination.

Health Requirements: You must check and comply with any health requirements, including vaccinations, for your destination. Consult your doctor if you have any medical conditions that may affect your travel.

Winter Sports: Skiing and snowboarding carry inherent risks. You participate in these activities at your own risk and must follow all safety guidelines and local regulations.
