Perfect Piste is a digital ski travel intelligence and planning platform, designed to enhance ski travel research and decision-making through the use of artificial intelligence (AI).The content, tools, and services on this website are provided for informational and inspiration purposes only and do not constitute a binding offer or a contract of sale. All travel arrangements are subject to availability, and any quotations or suggestions generated by Perfect Piste's digital tools are non-binding until confirmed as per the Booking Conditions.

3. Conditions of Use

You may use this website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

This licence includes the right to transfer or sublicense such rights to trusted technology partners who assist in operating the Site, provided those partners comply with equivalent confidentiality and data-protection obligations.

Ownership Transfer of Non-Personal Material

By using this Site, you acknowledge and agree that any non-personal, informational, or creative content you provide relating to ski destinations, travel experiences, or general knowledge may become the intellectual property of Perfect Piste. This transfer does not apply to personal data protected under the Swiss FADP or GDPR, which remain subject to our Privacy Policy.
