Set at around 1,650 metres in the southern French Alps, Vars is a high-altitude mountain resort known for its open landscapes, snow reliability and bright alpine climate. Linked with neighbouring Risoul to form the La Forêt Blanche ski area, the domain offers around 185 kilometres of pistes, rising to approximately 2,750 metres and delivering a broad, varied playground with consistently good winter conditions.
